Return & Refund Policy

At Off Duty Guardian, each garment is mindfully crafted and printed to order to reduce environmental waste and minimize excess stock. Because pieces are made custom for you upon ordering, our return policy reflects this process.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at offdutyguardian@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photo(s) showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will immediately send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

SIZING & EXCHANGES
To ensure the perfect fit, please refer closely to the detailed size guide on each product page prior to purchasing. 

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. If you have concerns about your order sizing after receiving it, please reach out to offdutyguardian@gmail.com so our team can assist you with solution options.

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
Off Duty Guardian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
