Order Processing

All items are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, TapStitch.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for production

  • Additional time for shipping based on your location

During high-volume periods (holidays, drops, promotions), production times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

  • Estimated: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly noted at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to insufficient address information

If an order is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Weather or transit disruptions

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

Because items are produced individually through our fulfillment partner, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
